3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Order Verification: Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on business days are processed for dispatch on the same day.
- Protective Packaging: Fragile amber glass and liquid bottles (such as JEEWAN Gyno™, Coof-Nil™, and VaatSun Oil™) are double-bubble wrapped and packaged in high-strength 5-ply corrugated shipper boxes to eliminate transit leakage.
- Metro Cities: Typical delivery time is 2 to 4 business days (Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad).
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Typical delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
- Northeast & Remote Regions: 5 to 7 business days via Express Air/Surface logistics.

As soon as your package is scanned by the courier at our Orai hub, you will receive an automated notification containing:

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Shipments
