- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders arising from typographical pricing errors or unexpected inventory depletion. If a prepaid order is canceled, the entire amount is refunded to the source account within 5-7 business days.

The brand names "Jeewan Jyoti", "Special Healthsun", formulation packaging designs, bottle graphics, logos, illustrations, website copy, and blog research articles are the exclusive intellectual property of Jeewan Jyoti Pharmacy Pvt. 6. B2B Third-Party Contract Manufacturing
Commercial third-party manufacturing inquiries submitted through our B2B desk are governed by dedicated Manufacturing Service Agreements (MSA), Technical Agreements, and approved Master Formula Cards (MFC) executed between the contracting brand and Jeewan Jyoti Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any legal disputes or claims arising out of website usage, retail product purchases, or contractual agreements, the courts located in Orai, Jalaun District, Uttar Pradesh, India shall possess exclusive territorial jurisdiction.
